Noel Hernandez is a classically trained guitarist who wrote his first orchestra at the age of 17 and was performing at Boettcher Hall by the age of 18. He has been independently teaching for 14 years and taught in Denver Public Schools for 7 years. Noel plays in several rock 'n roll bands (Addison Way, Local Six, Witch Mountain Bridge & others), has twice been featured in the Rocky Mountain News as the talent showcase, and has appeared in many magazines. He is also endorsed by Blade Guitars. His bands have been played on The Mountain, KBCO, KBPI, and KSAM. He has opened for George Clinton, Wendy Woo and others, too numerous to list. Noel has also written five books for guitar. In addition to teaaching, Noel has been playing classical guitar for weddings and special events for 20 years.
